Frequently asked questions

Who runs this site, and why?

The team behind LACHA, a transport & payment app for foreigners in Korea. LACHA sells transport and payments: the information here is entirely free. We take no referral fees from agencies, lawyers, or schools, so we have no reason to steer you anywhere.

Do you "connect" me to admissions or jobs?

No. Admissions/job brokering and paid visa filing are legally licensed territories, and we stop at information. Even our jobs board only displays postings: you apply and contact employers directly.

Can I apply based on this site alone?

No: and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Visa and permit rules change with each guidance revision, and the final call always belongs to the immigration office. Treat this site as a map that speeds up your preparation, then re-confirm with ☎1345 and your international office right before applying.

Why are some things deliberately left blank?

Where official documents disagree (e.g., weekly work-hour caps) or where examiner judgment is built in (e.g., D-10 self-scoring), false confidence is more dangerous than a blank. Every blank comes with an explanation and the right contact to ask.

I cannot read Korean yet. When do other languages arrive?

Korean and English are available now; Vietnamese, Chinese, and others are in preparation. Meanwhile, ☎1345 offers phone consultations in 20 languages.

I found something wrong or outdated.

That is the most valuable thing you can tell us. Email ceo@marketpilot.it and we will verify and fix it, with the as-of date updated.
